Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

If your information appears in the Strategy Data directory, you can ask us to remove it or to stop selling or sharing it. This right is available to every individual, regardless of the state you live in.

How to submit a request

Send a request to the account owner through the workspace contact channel including:

• your full name;
• the phone number(s), email address(es) or postal address you want removed;
• whether you are requesting deletion, correction, opt-out, or a copy of your data;
• if you are an authorised agent, proof of authorisation.

Verification

We verify requests by matching the details you provide against our records. We only use information supplied in a request to process that request.

Timing

We acknowledge requests within ten business days and complete them within forty-five calendar days, extendable once by a further forty-five days where permitted by law.

What removal means

• Your record is suppressed from search and cannot be unlocked by any member.
• We keep a minimal suppression record — enough to stop the data reappearing from a future source refresh.
• Members who previously unlocked your record are required by our Terms to honour opt-out requests made directly to them.

No discrimination

We will never deny service, charge a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right.
