Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Strategy Data (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single user; credentials may not be shared. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Membership and credits

• Membership costs $19.99 USD per month and includes 100 contact credits.
• One credit is consumed when you unlock a contact record for the first time.
• Unlocked records remain accessible to you and are never charged again.
• Credits do not roll over and reset at each renewal. Credits have no cash value.
• Membership renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once credits have been used.

3. Permitted use of data

Contact data is licensed to you for your own lawful business purposes only. You agree that you will not:

• resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute the data as a database or list;
• use the data for unlawful, harassing, discriminatory or deceptive purposes;
• use the data to make eligibility decisions covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (credit, insurance, employment, housing or similar). The Service is not a consumer reporting agency and the data is not a consumer report;
• scrape, bulk-extract or circumvent credit metering or access controls.

4. Your compliance obligations

You are solely responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your outreach, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule, federal and state Do Not Call rules, CAN-SPAM, and applicable privacy laws. See our DNC & Calling Compliance page.

5. Data accuracy

Contact data is aggregated from third-party and public sources and is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Credits spent on records that later prove inaccurate are not automatically refunded.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strategy Data is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
